Serious room, legendary breaks: how a DJW Corporate day works

Most away day venues give you one of two things. A hotel meeting room that works but nobody remembers, or a fun day out where the actual work gets squeezed. DJW Corporate is built on the idea that you should not have to choose.
The idea
We plan and run corporate away days, strategy days, training and launches for teams up to 60, from one quirky venue that is all yours for the day. The serious part gets proper production: a stage, a framed presentation screen with 4K projection, a professional sound system and microphones, and tech support on the day. The breaks get a whole building of things to do: a free-play arcade with racing simulators, three storeys of adult soft play and slides, pool and table football, a karaoke room and a bar.
The breaks are not a gimmick. Twenty minutes in the arcade or on the slides resets a room far better than a coffee queue, and teams come back to the next session talking to each other.
What the package includes
The weekday corporate package is from £1,750 + VAT, for 10am to 3pm, with exclusive use of the venue for up to 60. It includes the stage, the framed screen and 4K projector, the sound system and microphones, tech support on the day, standard seating, water and a self-service tea and coffee station, staff on hand all day, and agreed access to the breakout areas. Evenings are quoted separately.
You can add what you need on top. The bar package, £10 a head + VAT, adds coffee from the machine, tea and soft drinks all day, served at the bar (other drinks available to buy). Lunch can be pizzas or Subway platters laid out ready. The photo and video package, £799 + VAT, gives you a photographer and a videographer for the day, with a branded photo booth free.
Set the room your way
The main hall can be laid out for the day you are running: theatre rows or standing for up to 60, round tables for 48, a hollow square for 40, classroom for 36, a boardroom table for 32, or a U-shape for 21.
Plan it all in 3D first
Before you book anything, you can build the day in our 3D planner. Pick the kind of day, set the room, add lunch and extras, and watch the room change as you go, with the price beside it. Koda the tiger walks you through it and shows you round. When it looks right, send one link to whoever signs it off, with the plan, the price and the room. Nothing is booked until you ask for a date.
Rather talk it through? The chat planner lets you say what you need in your own words, and the room builds itself as you go.
Then come and see it
Pictures only go so far. Book a time to look round in person, and one of the team will show you the hall, the breakout areas and everything in between.
